FHA Catalyst

You’ve probably seen FHA’s Mortgagee Letter where they announced the transition to their new Catalyst portal… if not, take a look. We want to let you know that whether you use Appraisal Scope, Collateral Management System (CMS), or Mercury Network, you’ll be ready for this change ahead of FHA's target date of March 14th.

CoreLogic has worked with FHA to build a connection to Catalyst, and we’re pleased to announce that all the Complete Collateral platforms will use the same direct integration with FHA Catalyst. This approach enables us to quickly prepare for the transition and readily adapt to any future changes.

What should I do?

For now, the only thing you need to do in preparation is to set up your Authorized Parties using this form provided by FHA. Here are instructions to help you complete the form:

In the FHA Approved Mortgagee Information section:

  • If you’re an FHA Approved Mortgagee, check Lender/Servicer
  • If you’re an AMC, check Service Bureau

For Authorized Party Information, check Software Platform Company. Then in the section below, use the following information.

  • Entity Name: CoreLogic
  • AP Role: Software Platform Company
  • Catalyst Module: Electronic Appraisal Delivery
  • API Token Needed: Yes
  • Business Point of Contact: Daniel Martin, danmartin@corelogic.com, Product Solutions
  • Technical Point of Contact: Corelogic Integrations, fnc.sharedservicesanalyst.vsg@corelogic.com, CLCT Integrations
When you've completed the form, send it to FHACatalyst@hud.gov.

Early next year, you can expect us to provide updates about our preparedness for this transition and any other action required on your part, as well as support resources for you and your team.

We appreciate your business and look forward to supporting your team through this transition, plus many more exciting opportunities to come in 2022.
